Please  join Naples Babysitting Company at the Yoga house for a night  of  movement, fun, crafts, games activities and lots of valentines day  love  of course! The Naples Babysitting Company babysitters will utilize  the  Yoga House studio and it's amenities to teach a movement class, create  valentines for all the special loved ones in your kids lives, group  games like freeze dance and musical chairs will be played as well  as  ending the evening with a valentine's day movie and special treat.   Dinner will be provided as well as snacks, we ask that the kids bring   their own water bottles that can be filled up at the studio. 

The  Naples  Babysitting Company specializes in exciting engaging childcare   experiences and can't wait to bring that experience to the Yoga House   studio!

We  begin with opening stretches, guided movement and a slow flow sequence  to build heat in our bodies. We activate the breath as we move fluidly  between poses. Drop into the heart and out of the mind in a fun and  playful setting led by Alessandra Milena.

The  music picks up as we transition into free-from dance in a dark safe  space where we can express through movement, let loose, and process  whatever emotions arise. Shake, dance, release stagnant energy, and have  fun! 

We ground ourselves back down with some restorative stretches, meditation, and a crystal sound bowl integration.

Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can do yoga, stretch & dance in!
