At Yoga House, Tama teaches power, express power, power up/power down and gentle. She is also a full time nonprofit attorney, working at The Shelter for Abused Women & Children. Tama has lived in Naples for 12+ years now, she is originally from Miami, Florida. Tama lives for her family and close friends, yoga, and fresh air. She loves to be outside and she enjoys paddleboarding, biking, skiing, hiking, vegan cooking and traveling. Tama is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor.
WHY YOGA: To practice being present and finding joy in the flow (right amount of challenge and movement)
