“To be or not to be” is a very famous question and for Hanna Riley the answer is to move. To move is to be and yoga opened the door for her to do so, how to bend, how to breathe deeply, how to live gratefully, and she wishes you the same. In her Mindful Movement classes you’ll engage in ways to explore, enhance, and enjoy your embodiment, inspired by an array of somatic practices from yoga to Qigong to rolling (self-massage). Hanna has been teaching yoga in Naples since 2005.
