Nicole received her 200 hour RYT in June, 2017. She has practiced yoga for 20 years and found solace and personal growth though the teachings and practice of yoga. Nicole believes that the breath is the foundation of any yoga practice and that proper alignment serves as a gateway to better function. She creates an inclusive environment and welcomes ALL levels--even those who think they are not flexible!
Why do you teach yoga?
I hope to share what I have learned from yoga and to learn from fellow yogis. We are all on a path and if we share our paths with one another we can help and support each other on this journey.
What motivates you to get out of bed each morning?
My children motivate me to get out of bed each day to continue to support and encourage them. I am first and foremost their Mom.
What's your favorite way to workout other than yoga?
I like to run--with others when possible. Running keeps me energized and helps work out a lot of kinks. Plus I love music.
